
The Center for the Arts is the entertainment hub of our area. What finer and more enjoyable way to support our students and community than by working with a group of volunteers who are deeply committed to “Education, enrichment, and entertainment!”
When Bond Measure C passed, our school community was elated that music students would no longer have to perform in the cafeteria. The CFA was everything we hoped for and added a touch of elegance to our performances. Students felt like rock stars and were extremely proud to be performing on stage.
Mary Ann DeGrazia earned her B.A. Degree in Anthropology at CA State University, Chico and her M.S. Degree in Educational Leadership at California State University, East Bay. She worked in the CVUSD for over 27 years and retired in 2014 after serving 15 years as the Creekside Principal. Mary Ann and her husband Frank have lived in Castro Valley since 1972. She has been actively involved with the CVAF for the past five years.
